Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. We will process your refund if you return items within this 14‑day window.

If you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete items, please contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.

To speed‑up your return or exchange request, please send us an email including your order number, contact information, as well as photos and videos of damage or defects (if applicable). Please keep all items and original packaging materials until your case is fully resolved.

Which items are eligible for returns & exchanges?

All returned or exchanged goods must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair. Items must be shipped in their original packaging with all tags, cellophane wrappers and seals intact. Items cannot be returned once any tags have been removed.
